RETURN POLICY

Our Euro and Dollar prices include packaging, Türkiye customs costs and shipping. Only the tax and customs costs of the country of destination are about 19%-21%, excluding tax.

If you buy a product from there, you pay this tax and show it as an expense.

For other overseas countries, we accept orders based on a minimum of 20 containers. We have deliveries in a few countries where we can do partial service. Please contact us for details.

HOW IS YOUR PRIVATE TRANSPORT SERVICE IN ISTANBUL?

Transportation planning is made by taking the total amount of the order and the distance to our company as a reference, and the orders as a set are delivered with a "turnkey" approach.

HOW IS YOUR OUTSIDE TRANSPORT SERVICE?

We send it abroad with our Contracted Cargo. Special Packaging is done.

If the order amount saves for partially close regions such as Yalova - Kocaeli - Bursa, we also have a special transportation service.
